Builders Cleaning

What's included?

During Build:

  • Cleaning all the dust and debris left behind from construction work
  • Polishing of stainless steel
  • Washing and polishing of internal and external windows
  • Dusting of light fixtures and fittings
  • Removing paint marks from door frames and window frames
  • Cleaning of builders huts and toilets
  • Dusting of blinds and furniture
Post Build:
  • Vacuuming of all carpets
  • Mopping of hard floors
  • Kitchen surfaces and cupboards
  • Surfaces of appliances
  • Cooker tops
  • Washing up
  • Skirting boards and radiators
  • Bedding changed (if required)
  • Furniture polished
  • Shelves (and under ornaments)
  • Blinds and windowsills
  • Mirrors
  • Bath tubs and showers
  • Toilets, sinks and all fixtures
  • Rubbish bins emptied
  • Windows cleaned internally

If you are looking for a regular cleaning slot for our team to visit your site then get in touch. Unlike domestic cleaning, building cleans are bespoke and require us to really understand what you need.

A site visit allows us to select the best team members for each job, and ensure that they understand the rules and regulations on site.
